Initial Cleaning

Every organisation, from time to time, will need a top-to-bottom clean, whether it is a commercial, industrial, retail, school, pharmaceutical or food processing premises.

TST’s Initial cleaning services will bring your premises up to scratch and make them look brand new.

Initial cleans start with attention to detail and cleaning items you usually overlook. An initial clean is also a good choice if you have just completed a new building or renovated an existing one (after builders clean).

TST initial cleans are from top to bottom and includes:

• High-pressure cleaning
• Window cleaning (including high-rise window cleaning)
• Steam cleaning of all carpeted areas and selected tiled areas
• Non-slip penetrating floor sealers
• Floor buffing
• Floor polishing
• High and low-level dusting
• Deep cleaning of amenities/ bathrooms (including tile and grout cleaning)
• Warehouse or car park sweeping/ scrubbing (using industrial ride-on machines)
